The annual London Handel Festival, established in 1977, is organized by the London Handel Society and its main aims are to promote Handel's rarely performed masterpieces and to encourage young singers and musicians. Since 2002 the festival also counts with 'The Handel Singing Competition', inaugurated in the 25th anniversary of the festival. |
